Last step in the booking procedure is making payment. We know that arranging a bank transfer can sometimes be difficult, and that is why we have decided to provide another more simple payment option starting from charter season 2015. It is ONLINE PAYMENT. We accept following cards: MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA and AMEX.
Payment procedure
After you have chosen a boat for your charter and received a booking confirmation from us, you should point out that you would like to make payment by credit card. Than we will send you short instructions how to make payment and calculate the payment amount in Croatian currency KUNA. We use official exchange rate of our bank increased for the Credit card fee. And the amount of Credit card fee depends on the type of your credit card and costs of the bank that issues it.
For most cards (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa) credit card fee is calculated as 2,5% of the charter price. Only for AMEX payments credit card fee is 4-5% (because of high bank fees) of the charter price.
So, after you have received from us payment amount in Croatian currency kuna, booking confirmation number, and PAYMENT LINK, you can start with the payment procedure, which is really simple.
Upon clicking the link, you will see the form where you need to enter:
– Reservation number (booking confirmation number)
– Payment amount
– Your personal data (Name, Surname, Address, E-mail and Phone number)
– Card data (Card number, Type, Expiration date and Verification data)
and after you click the button Confirm purchase, payment is done!
Also, you will immediately receive the e-mail confirmation that your payment was successful or not.
